Hi, my name is Aaron and I am a freelance animator working in the Los Angeles area.  I have an MA in animation from the Savannah College of Art and Design and spent much of my time in grad school pursuing my particular interest in traditional 2D animation. While I consider my greatest strength to be my ability with character animation, I also developed an interest in effects animation while in school. You can find some examples of my effects animation in my long reel on the reels page. I developed an interest in animation through previous work I had done with web comics and a general love of animation that began with the Saturday morning cartoons and Disney films I watched as a kid.  I never really lost my interest in watching animation, and found myself watching a lot in high school and college. It excites me greatly to be a part of this industry.  Everything that excited me about animation as a kid, still has an impact on me today, and I love that I can be a part of that.
