November 7th, 2006 Bhag is moving. I have decided to make the Sack of Justice site into my personal web host, so I will be moving Bhag onto Drunk Duck. As those who still visit the site may know, things have gotten pretty slow around here. I know Akhmed has been pretty busy lately with his temp jobs and I was pretty busy over the Summer preparing my portfolio for SCAD (I got in). I think with the added stress of our real lives, we both felt a need to take a break for a while and work on something new. For those not in the know, Akhmed and I have been working on another comic for the last few months. It's called The Teenage Girl's Guide to Her Ever-Changing Body. If you get a chance, check it out. We will start getting to some of the more bizarre supervillains in Chapter 2. Bhag is currently undergoing a major overhaul. Unfortunately, this means, when the comic starts posting on Drunk Duck, we will be starting from the beginning. I'll be working with Akhmed over the holidays to expand some of the earlier chapters, though, to include new gags and subplots that weren't in the original. The page above is the first page of the new version. As you can see, the page is not colored or toned. I am currently looking for someone to color the new Bhag. If you, or someone you know have some decent skills when it comes to coloring, I would love it if you dropped me a line. I am hoping the new comics will start posting January 1st. If I can't find a colorist, expect it to just be lineart. The new Bhag will run quarterly (updates every three days so the readers get a full chapter each quarter), so I don't have the time to do the coloring work myself. -Isukun |
